I am a psychoanalytically and trauma informed black feminist and womanist psychologist with training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Feminist Therapy.

I work with adults providing both therapy and life coaching.

As a psychologist, I aim to create a safe and trusting space that allows people to develop a better understanding of themselves and their relationships with others, as well as experience a reduction in the symptoms and/or distress they are currently experiencing.
